Jenny Woo, a doctorate student here at UCI and founder of Mind Brain Parenting (http://mindbrainparenting.org) is looking for undergraduates and MAT students/alumni to test a social-emotional learning (SEL) tool that she has developed: 52 Essential Relationships.
The tool aims to equip students and teachers with the skills and language to foster productive mentorship and trusting relationships. It's an extension of 52 Essential Conversations, the award-winning SEL game that has been featured by Harvard, UCI, and CASEL. It's now used in 50 states and over 30 countries by teachers, parents, and counselors. Requirement: One-time 30-minute time commitment in Dec/Jan at UCI Applied Innovation or location in Irvine. Participants will be recorded for research and promotional purposes and will receive a free deck of 52 Essential Conversations. Limited spots available.
