Bio
Zulakha Sheikh is an Academic Advisor for the School of Education. In her role, she works closely with undergraduate students within the school’s Education Sciences major and minor. She is passionate about working with students and maximizing their experience at UC Irvine and beyond. Zulakha invites all students, staff, and faculty to reach out!
Zulakha is currently a part-time graduate student at California State University, Fullerton. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in higher education. She holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Education Sciences from UC Irvine. As an undergrad, she was heavily involved with student clubs, led Summer Session courses, and served as a Peer Educator for Student Success Initiatives. Prior to joining UCI’s School of Education, Zulakha worked with students and faculty in multiple academic programs at the School of Humanities. She is thrilled to continue serving her alma mater!
