Assistant Professor Constance Iloh is the 2018 recipient of the distinguished B.L.A.C Award at the Black Leadership Advancement Coalition's annual Black excellence gala. One of the highest honors of the annual celebration, the B.L.A.C award recipient is a faculty, staff member, or an alumnus who embodies the spirit of giving back. "This all-around recipient not only has contributed in the areas of academic excellence, community service and outreach, but also has gone above and beyond in the advancement of the African American." Chairman of the gala, Fred Lipscomb, shared that Constance received an outstanding number of nominations for multiple award categories including the B.L.A.C award, further illustrating her great impact at UC Irvine in such a short time. Congratulations, Constance!
