Alumnus David Liu (Ph.D. '19) is presenting at the 2020 LA UX Research Meetup on February 11 in Los Angeles.
Liu will be a panel member discussing quantitative user experience (UX) research and developing a quantitative UX research mindset. In addition, he will explain how quantitative research can be used to scale up qualitative insights.
Liu received his Ph.D. in Education specialized in Teaching, Learning, Cognition, and Development. His research interests included science education, out-of-school time activities, and diversity and equity. He was advised by Associate Professor Hosun Kang.
