Biography
Michael is originally from New Jersey and received his B.A. in Economics and in Physics from Wake Forest University where he earned the Deacon Economics Award for highest economics score in his graduating class. He has since pursued education in research at the American Institute for Economic Research in Massachusetts, in special education as an autism early intervention therapist for a preschool in New Jersey, and as a math and physics teacher for a private high school in southern California.
Michael hopes his research can improve outcomes for students with cognitive disabilities and developmental delays both in their intervention before special education and their options in the world after leaving it.
