Biography
Joshua is a Ph.D. student specializing in Education Policy and Social Context (EPSC) with a specific emphasis in program measurement and evaluation. His research interests focus on understanding the implementation and evaluation of higher education interventions for disproportionately impacted groups in the context of secondary & post-secondary education.
Prior to attending UCI, Joshua received his Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences: Public & Community Service from UCI and his Master’s in Comparative Education from UCLA. Since then, he has worked as a Research Analyst for THINK Together, Santa Ana College, Santa Ana Unified, and most recently, Irvine Valley College.
