Biography
Jissel Anaya is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Human Abilities in Bilingual Language Acquisition (HABLA) Lab.
She received her B.A.s in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Spanish and her M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin.
Jissel is a licensed bilingual speech-language pathologist with expertise in the assessment and intervention of bilingual populations. Her research interests include language development and the assessment and treatment of Spanish-English bilingual children with language disorders.
