The title of her presentation is “Do you want to be the leader?” How Middle School Students Plan for Online Collaborative Writing.
Thursday, March 7,, 2019 12:00 - 1:00 pm Education 2005 Abstract This study explored how groups of 8th graders plan for a collaborative writing activity. Using discourse analysis and content analysis, we analyzed 19 groups' written planning discourse to understand (1) what groups prioritized, and (2) how they take up, assign, and negotiate tasks.
