Abstract

As I was a novice teacher and mentor teacher five years ago in Shanghai, I gone through a systematic professional training support system which stems from "One-year Probationer Teachers' Training Policy", including novice teachers' supervisor, training school, regional training institute. A state-level research is conducted to analyze this support system and novice teachers knowledge structure based on this training model. Although it is a training system refer to management, curriculum, training, evaluation and network platform at the same time, we finally find that the practical knowledge is the priority and corn in this support system, particularly the pedagogical content knowledge based on coding. However, there is still a controversy that how to balance novice teachers' systematic professional training and their self-development.
