The School of Education has submitted charter documents to the UCI Alumni Association Board of Directors to officially launch a School chapter. Review and approval of the charter is expected by late March 2019.
Faculty advisor for the new chapter is Lecturer Jeff Johnston, and staff liaison is Andrea Randle, Associate Director of Development. Initial board members are comprised of nine alumni, representing a mix of different class years and degree programs. The association needs people to shape programming for all SOE alums. Bachelor's, credential, master's, and doctoral graduates - we encourage you to get involved. And, if you would like to serve as a founding board member with a one-year term, please let us know since there are still opportunities. There is no financial commitment to join the chapter.
