Author: Jonathan Lee Montoya Mentors: Mark Warschauer, Ashley Harlow, Sharin Jacob Abstract This research quantifies to what extent Universal Design for Learning strategies are implemented to teach Computer Science and Computational Thinking at Santa Ana Unified School District. The goal of this research is to explore the efficacy of the current CS curriculum at SAUSD. The bigger picture would be to uncover which strategies are working to teach CS and find ways to increase the use of these strategies through various professional development opportunities such as trainings, and teaching coaches.
