Current teachers are invited to join the School of Education on May 7, 2019, from 4:00-6:00 pm, at the Beckman Center on the UCI campus for the School's signature event on National Teacher Appreciation Day. Keynote speaker will be Deborah Loewenberg Ball, William H. Payne Collegiate Professor of Education at the University of Michigan, Arthur F. Thurnau Professor, and director of TeachingWorks. Teachers are invited to join a conversation with other teachers and school leaders about strategies for collaborating and leading professional learning to transform teaching for Orange County youth.
